An O’Loughlin Elementary School fifth-grader will represent Kansas in the national pedal-pull competition later this month at the Corn Palace in Mitchell, S.D.

Wilson Miner, 10, earned first place at the Kansas State Fair this weekend after qualifying at last month’s Herzogfest in Victoria.
