A candlelight vigil on Thursday, sponsored by Fort Hays State University’s American Democracy Project and Tigers in Service, will mark the 9/11 anniversary.

The vigil in the Quad on the FHSU campus will begin at 8:30 p.m. The public is welcome. Student Government Association President Arin Powers, Woodward, Okla., junior, will be the speaker.
