Fort Hays State University’s American Democracy Project will present a program on the Ukraine on Monday.

Dr. Matthew Schmidt, an assistant professor at the University of New Haven’s Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences, will conduct a program from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Black and Gold Room in FHSU’s Memorial Union.

He has published on ForeignPolicy.com and in Military Review and Review of Politics. He founded the “Matters Military” blog for the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs.
