LOS ANGELES (AP) – Sammy Hagar thinks he looks stupid being a rock star at age 66.

Hagar says he loves to do it and he wants to make his fans happy, but he finds it “embarrassing.”

He’d like to continue being a celebrity, but in a different way.

Hagar says he’d rather write shows or books and do TV appearances and seminars because he can still meet with fans and bring them happiness.

He’s ruling one avenue out right away, though. He says he’d be bored doing a reality show.
