Kansas woman hospitalized after van hits a bridge

Screen Shot 2014-07-03 at 5.13.15 AMTORONTO, Kan- A Kansas woman was injured in an accident just before 2 p.m. on Thursday in Woodson County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2000 Chrysler van driven by Mae F. Liebau, 78, Toronto, was northbound on Apache Road five miles north of Toronto.

For unknown reasons the vehicle went left of center striking a bridge. The van then went across both lanes and entered the east ditch.

Liebau was transported to Wesley Medical Center.

The KHP reported she was not wearing a seat belt.
