SUBLETTE- A Kansas woman was injured in an accident just before 9:30 a.m. on Friday in Haskell County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2013 Nissan Altima driven by Sherri S. Randle, 55, Hugoton, was traveling east bound on U.S. 56 on the west edge of Sublette.
The driver failed to slow down for the stoplight at the intersection and crashed into the rear a 2011 Silverado pickup.
Randle was transported to Satanta District Hospital. The driver of the pickup Hershel W. Lawson, 71, Satanta, was possibly injured according to the KHP.
The KHP reported Randle was not wearing a seat belt.
