Hays Public Library
All the snowmen will be shuffling down to the Hays Public Library on Saturday to celebrate FrostFest in downtown Hays. Before the parade starts at approximately 6 p.m., stop at the library to enjoy all the HLP holiday activities. All activities are free and open to the public.
Activities include:
• Breakfast and Storytime with Santa – 9:00 a.m. (children)
• Bingo- 11 a.m. (all ages)
• Cookie Decorating 1:00 p.m. (all ages)
• Holiday Music Recital 3:00 p.m. (all ages)
• Hot Chocolate 4:00 p.m. (all ages)
• Frost Fest Parade 6:00 p.m.
Registration is required for Breakfast and Storytime with Santa. Visit the Children’s Desk to pick up breakfast ticket. Openings are limited.
The Young Adult department also will be working on the float Wednesday and Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Families and children also are invited at 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday to help decorate the float with paint-by-numbers.
