GORHAM — Mother Nature is always changing — and so is weed control. Come hear the latest updates from a K-State Extension weed specialist showing results of unbiased weed control field trials around Kansas.
The Weed Control in Croplands program will be Tuesday, Jan. 13, with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. and the program running from 9 a.m. to noon. at the Gorham Senior Center. The program will be followed by a light lunch.
The presentation will include updates on management and control of herbicide resistant weeds, and focus on selecting herbicides with different sites of action for greater weed control. There will be time to address any weed-control questions from the audience.
Continuing education credits for commercial applicators and CCA credits will be offered.
