The Ellis County Extension Office will offer a free noon-hour program on “Mastering Your Money” on Friday, Jan. 16 at the Extension meeting room, 601 Main Street in Hays.
This new program will explore money personalities and the impact of finances on family relationships.
Learn more about effective goal-setting and the first steps to financial freedom: spend less than you make, save for emergencies and control debt. The instructor will be Linda Beech, Ellis County Extension Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences.
Bring a lunch to enjoy during the program, if desired. Beverages will be provided.
There is no cost for this program, but a minimum attendance is needed, so pre-registration is requested by Jan. 14. Call the Ellis County Extension Office at (785) 628-9430.
