Kate Lehman scored 19 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and blocked six shots to lead the Fort Hays State Lady Tigers to their 12th straight win, 75-60 over Lindenwood Thursday night at Hyland Arena in St. Charles. Missouri. The Lady Tigers are now 13-1 and 6-0 o the MIAA while the Lady Lions fall to 7-6 and 1-6 in the conference.

The Lady Tigers trailed by five early but used a 12-2 run to go up five at 16-11 and never trailed again. An 8-0 run pushed the lead to 11 before settling for a 34-26 halftime lead.

Lehman, who battled foul trouble, records her eighth double-double of the season and 45th in her career. Paige Lunsford added 12 and Beth Bohuslavsky 11.

Lindenwood was led by Jenny Rocha who scored 15 and Kassidy Gengenbacher who added 12. However the MIAA’s second leading scorer was held to just two in the second half.

The Lady Tigers play at Lincoln Saturday at 1:30pm
