Lindenwood hit nine first half 3-pointers in building an 11-point halftime and defeat the Fort Hays State Tigers 73-46 Thursday night at Hyland Arena in St. Charles, Missouri. The Lions finish 13-for-24 from beyond the arc as they win their fifth straight to improve to 9-6 and 5-2 in the MIAA. The Tigers have now lost two straight and three of their last four and fall to 8-6 overall and 2-4 in the MIAA.

The Lions score the games first eight points as they lead from wire-to-wire. The Tigers pull within four several times in the first half, but a 7-0 pushed the Lions lead to 11 at the half. They score the first five points of the second half to go up 16 and led by as many as 29.
Game Highlights
Jeremy Wilson led two Tigers in double-figures with 13 points. Craig Nicholson adds 10. Darris Smith led the Lions with 12 points.
Fort Hays State returns to action Saturday at 3:30pm at Lincoln.
