The Science Cafe presents Dr. Gordon Carlson, assistant professor of communication studies at Fort Hays State University, at its next meeting.

The Science Cafe is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29 at Gella’s, 117 E. 11th.

Carlson’s topic is “10,000 years of Human Communication in 30 minutes” — a humorous and interactive look at the many aspects of communication that we take for granted each day.
