ARLINGTON— One person was injured and another arrested after accident in Reno County on Saturday afternoon.

The Reno County Sheriff’s Department reported a vehicle driven by Justin Riggs, 28, Langdon, collided with a vehicle driven by Michael Baker, 49, Pratt, near the intersection of Kansas 61 and South Hodge Road.

Baker was transported to Via Christi in Wichita.

Riggs was arrested and charged with DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol.

The accident remains under investigation according to the Sheriff’s Department.
