NEWTON- Law enforcement authorities in Harvey County arrested a second kidnap suspect on Friday night.

According to a media release from the Newton Police Department Members of the Harvey County Emergency Response Team executed a high-risk warrant in the 1200 block of North Magnolia just before 11:00pm.

A suspect was arrested pursuant to a warrant for the crimes of

Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Battery, and Aggravated Burglary.

No one was injured during the event.

On Friday morning authorities in Harvey County arrested a Texas man for an alleged kidnapping incident that authorities say started in Austin.
