SATANTA – A Kansas man was injured in an accident just before 10:30 a.m. on Saturday in Seward County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Mack semi driven by David R. Jordan, 56, Fowler, was northbound on Kansas18 five miles south of Satanta.

The truck was traveling too fast to negotiate a curve and rolled into the west ditch.

Jordan was transported to Satanta District Hospital.

The KHP reported he was properly restrained at the time of the accident.
