Three Hays residents were arrested on suspicion of drug-related offenses following a search warrant last week in Hays.

According to Lt. Brandon Wright of the Hays Police Department, officers responded to a report of the odor of marijuana coming from a residence on the 500 block of West 15th on January 20.

“The investigation resulted in a search warrant … in which the officers found marijuana and individualized packages of candy infused with THC (marijuana),” Wright said.

Patrick C. Brennon, 24, was arrested on suspicion of distribution of a hallucinogen within 1000 feet of a school, possession of amphetamine pills, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no drug tax stamp.

Deshaun T. Green, 21, and Autumn C. Sollars, 20, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a hallucinogenic drug and and possession of drug paraphernalia.
