ABILENE- A Kansas woman was injured in an accident just after 3 p.m. on Thursday in Dickinson County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Ford Taurus driven by Jeanette M. Raab, 45, Abilene, was northbound at the stop sign on Kansas 15 at Kansas 18. The vehicle failed to yield, pulled out in front of and was struck by a semi that was eastbound on Kansas 18.

Raab was transported to the Abilene Hospital.

The semi driver Dallas Andrew Spence, 38, Manhattan, and a passenger in the Ford were not injured.

The KHP reported all were properly restrained at the time of the accident.
