The TMP-Marian softball team saw their three-game game win streak come to an end Tuesday with a couple of losses at Great Bend. The Monarchs managed just one run on the day losing, 10-0 and 7-1 to finish the regular season 10-10.

Alison Helget and Bailey Lacy had the only hits in game one for TMP, which saw Great Bend score two in the second, three in the third and five in the fourth. Helget takes the loss after allowing all 10 runs, seven earned, on 11 hits, striking out two and walking just one.

Bailey Lacy struck out eight and walked only one but takes the loss in the second game. Kelli Veach doubled and scored the Monarchs only run of the day on a Laurel Hagemen single in the fourth.

The Monarchs will find out who and when they play in next week’s regional tournament sometime Wednesday.
