HUTCHINSON – A Kansas man was injured and another arrested after an accident just before 2:30 a.m. on Saturday in Reno County.

Police say Daniel Dean Boman, 21, Wichita, was driving a motorcycle in the 200 Block of North Plum and his passenger was ejected.

Tracy Roberts, 24, Hutchinson was transported to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.

Boman was arrested on charges of aggravated battery, DUI, flee and elude – reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.

He is jailed on a bond of $6,250. The accident remains under investigation.
