NASHVILLE (AP) – Lee Greenwood is creating a children’s book based on his song, “God Bless The U.S.A.” Greenwood’s book, “Proud To Be An American,” teaches geography and encourages patriotism. Portraits of American soldiers are shown on several pages. The book includes a download for a new version of “God Bless The U.S.A.” It comes out May 25. Greenwood will do a concert tour beginning Sunday in Vermilion, Ohio.
