For a second straight year, the TMP-Marian girls soccer team sees their season end in the state quarterfinals. Tuesday they fell behind 2-0 early and lose 2-0 to Topeka Hayden at the Bickle/Schmidt Sports Complex.

It’s just the fourth time the Monarchs have been scored on this season and they lose all four. The Monarchs finish at 12-4-1.

Hayden advances to the state semifinals where they will play Bishop Miege.
