A front that moved through the region Thursday night resulted in rainfall reports ranging from 0.4 inches to 0.88 inches in Ellis County.

Eastern Trego Couty had a report of an even inch of rain, while Gove County saw the most accumulation in the region, with 1.62 inches.

To the east, Russell County saw reports ranging from 0.36 inches to 0.49 inches.

Forecasters are calling for the chance for even more rainfall in this wet May of 2015, with a 30 percent chance of thunderstorms early Friday evening.
