LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) — Lawrence Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 38-year-old man reported missing last month.

The Lawrence Journal-World reports that Phillip Owen Morgan was reported missing June 11 and was last seen at his Lawrence home on June 5.

Police said Thursday they don’t suspect foul play but are concerned for Morgan’s welfare.

He’s described as a white male with short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a short-cropped beard and regularly wears bandanas, baseball caps, or stocking hats and sunglasses. Morgan also has burn scars on both forearms.
