ELLIS–Water dominates the Ellis City Council agenda for tonight, July 6. Council members will consider approval of the Municipal Water Conservation Plan, modifying water rates for utility customers, and revisions to the utility policy for base water allowance.

They will also discuss the Water Advisory Committee.
