KBI issues Silver Alert for Mo. man believed to be in northwest Kansas

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is assisting the Gladstone (Mo.) Police Department in issuing a statewide Silver Alert for a missing Gladstone man who was last seen at 3 p.m. Tuesday.

The endangered missing man is Patrick D. Flynn, 61. He is a white male, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, with balding with gray hair and blue eyes. He last seen wearing a white T-shirt, cut-off jean shorts and tennis shoes. Flynn is suffering from a cognitive disorder.

Flynn was last seen driving a blue 2002 Chevrolet S-10 pickup with Missouri license plate DJD 1SP.

He was last seen at his son’s home in Seneca and recent information leads authorities to believe he could be in the Phillipsburg area.

Anyone having contact or observing Flynn or his vehicle should dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Gladstone (Mo.) Police Department at (816) 436-3550 with any information or questions regarding this secondary Silver Alert.
