Former Phillipsburg resident Kyle K. Tweedy, 57, of Geneva, NE, passed away June 30, 2015 at Bryan West Medical Center in Lincoln, NE.
He was born May 10, 1958 in Phillipsburg, KS, the son of Kenneth “Slick” Tweedy & Barbara (Gonder) Tweedy. Kyle was a signalman for the BNSF Railroad.
Survivors include his wife, Angelia, of the home in Geneva; daughters, Brooke Brown of Grafton, NE and Ciara Burton of Geneva, NE; sons, Levi Tweedy of Carrollton, MO and Kyler Tweedy of Geneva, NE; 7 grandchildren; his mother, Barbara Tweedy of Republican City, NE; brothers, Ken Tweedy of Kirwin, KS and Kip Tweedy of Phillipsburg, KS; and sister, Krystal Harper of Plattsmouth, NE.
Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the First Lutheran Church, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Joel Hiesterman officiating.
Friends may sign the book on Friday, July 10, from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.
