The carnival at the Ellis County Fair will not be able to open tonight due to difficulties getting rides to Hays from the carnival’s previous location.  The carnival will open Wednesday night and operate until Saturday.

Carnival armbands can be purchased for $10 at the Hays Convention and Visitors Bureau through Wednesday.
