VICTORIA- A semi driver was injured in an accident just after 7 p.m. on Friday in Ellis County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1985 Kenworth power unit pulling a trailer and driven by Larry W. Noble, 47, Raytown, Mo., was eastbound on Interstate 70 just 4 miles east of Victoria

The wind blew the trailer over and flipped the tractor.

Noble was transported to Hays Medical Center.

He was properly restrained at the time of the accident according to the KHP.
