ELLIS–Bids for the Ellis wastewater treatment plant improvement project as well as engineering services for water exploration will be considered by the Ellis City Council during their meeting tonight. Council members will also further discuss the proposed annexation of land into the city limits.

The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. in Ellis City Hall.
