SHERMAN COUNTY- A Trego County man was injured in an accident just before 2 p.m. on Wednesday in Sherman County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Harley Davidson driven by David J. Bailey, 51, WaKeeney, was westbound on Interstate 70 just west of the Kansas 184-Brewster exit.

The driver road into the north ditch and was ejected from the motorcycle.

Bailey was transported to the hospital in Colby.

He was wearing a helmet according to the KHP.
