Follow up inspection – Bed bug treatment continues in Room 105. The room is closed until treatment is complete and a follow-up inspection is performed.

Valero – Hays

Follow up inspection – Business now under administrative review. The business was cited for one priority violation and marked non-compliant in four areas of the report.

1. Fan cover in walk-in cooler has accumulation of lint.
2. Single use cups stored directly on floor.
3. Scoop used for ice stored on top of the ice machine, not a clean surface.
4. No hand-washing sink is available.
