The Hays City Commission will hold a discussion at its Thursday, Aug. 20, work session regarding whether Sixth and Seventh streets should be converted to two-way traffic.

The issue was raised by Commissioner Lance Jones during the July 3 city work session. At that meeting, he said he found the one-way streets “confusing” and asked for further discussion at a future meeting.

Anyone interested in commenting during the Aug. 20 discussion is encouraged to attend.

The work session will be at Hays City Hall, 1507 Main, at 6:30 p.m.
