MILLER- A juvenile died in an ATV accident just after 7p.m. on Saturday in Lyon County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Ranger ATV driven by Garrett Fager, 11, Reading, was westbound on Road 360 three miles north of Miller.

The driver lost control and the vehicle came to rest on the driver’s side.

One passenger on the ATV Ryan Lane, 9, was transported to Stormont Vail where he died.

Fager and another passenger on the ATV Logun Fager, 9, were not seriously injured.
