October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

According to the Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women.

Members of the City of Hays Fire Department are joining firefighters across the nation in wearing pink to raise breast cancer awareness.
