Fort Hays State University staff members Carol Solko-Olliff, director of international student services, and Dr. Kenton Olliff, assistant vice president for student affairs, attended the 2015 NAFSA Region 2 Conference in St. George, Utah, where they presented “Keeping Balance in Your Life.

The presentation discussed how stress affects not only international students but also those who work with them. Those in attendance were “able to identify stressors and also ways to relieve stress and the importance of taking care of oneself in order to take care of others,” said Solko-Olliff.
