3 hospitalized after Ness County crash on icy roads

Screen-Shot-2014-07-03-at-5.13.15-AM.pngNESS COUNTY- Three people were injured in an accident just before 7p.m. on Thanksgiving Day in Ness County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2000 Buick driven by William Cole Dean, 87, Ness City, was westbound on Kansas 96 two miles east of Bazine. The driver lost control on the ice.

The Buick spun around and struck an eastbound 2010 Toyota Camry driven by Adrienne Lynne Walker, 19, Larned.

Dean, Walker, and a passenger in the Toyota Lori Beth Miller, 49, Great Bend, were transported to the Ness County Hospital.

All were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
