Last week’s inspection results from the Kansas Department of Agriculture:

First operational inspection after licensing found four violations:

• The inside of the lid on the ice machine is held together with duct tape.
• The can opener is creating metal fragments when used.
• The back door is not self closing and has a gap along the bottom large enough to allow pest entry.
• Buckets used for wiping cloth sanitizer are not labeled.
