Cloudy, cold with a chance for light snow

An upper level disturbance will move across western Kansas today bringing areas of light snow to much of southwestern Kansas. Snowfall amounts will range from around a one half to an inch across the area before ending later this afternoon and early evening.

Tonight A 20 percent chance of snow before 8pm. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming clear, with a low around 16. Wind chill values as low as 5. North northwest wind 9 to 11 mph becoming west southwest after midnight.

Friday Sunny, with a high near 43. Wind chill values as low as 3. West southwest wind 8 to 15 mph.

Friday NightMostly clear, with a low around 22. Southwest wind around 6 mph.

SaturdaySunny, with a high near 51. South wind 7 to 12 mph increasing to 13 to 18 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph.

Saturday NightPartly cloudy, with a low around 34.

SundayMostly sunny, with a high near 53.
