Nellie Frances Wittman, age 90, passed away at Cedar Village, Ness City, Kansas on Thursday, December 17, 2015.

She was born on January 4, 1925 in Melbourne, Australia, the daughter of Alfred and Mary Ellen (Downie) Tite.

On December 30, 1942, she married Wilbert Wittman Sr. He preceded her in death on April 18, 1987.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Allen) Lawson, Bazine, KS; sons, Bud (Diane) Wittman, Bazine, KS, Jim (Brenda) Wittman, Lubbock, TX, David (Malinda) Wittman, Alvin, TX, and Russ (Tawnya) Wittman, Sedalia, MO and a daughter-in-law, Patty Wittman, Ness City, KS

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wilbert; son Dan Wittman; and grandson, John Wright.

A private memorial service will be at a later date.
