Dominos Pizza 501 Vine St. Hays – Dec. 17

An inspection following a complaint found three violations:

• Quat test strips are aged and moisture damaged and prevent producing an accurate reading of the sanitizer strength.
• 3 compartment sink faucet leaks from top end of a shut off fitting that diverts the water for the sanitizer delivery system, when it is in the turned-on setting
• One chemical spray bottle used for cleaning table tops located on a wall shelf above a dough preparation table.
