CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY -A Kansas man died in an accident just before 4p.m. on Monday in Chautauqua County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2003 International semi driven Juan Carlos Garcia, 60, Wichita, was westbound on U. S.166 six miles West of Kansas 99

The truck went left to center, entered the south ditch, struck a rock embankment, rolled and caught on fire.

Garcia was transported to Sedan City Hospital where he died. No additional details have been released.
