The City of Hays has announced beginning today, Wed., Feb. 17, East 16th Street will be closed at the intersection of East 17th Street for pavement repairs. Repairs are expected to be completed by Fri., Feb. 19. The work is being done in the area behind Leroy’s Shamrock station.

Traffic control devices will be placed to direct the traveling public.
