A Hays man was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly touched a co-worker inappropriately.

According to the Hays Police Department, 38-year-old Daniel Joseph Brown, Hays, was arrested Saturday afternoon in the 3000 block of NEW Way on suspicion of sexual battery.

Hays Police Lt. Tim Greenwood said Brown was arrested after a co-worker reported that they had been allegedly touched inappropriately by Brown Friday morning in the 2700 block of Epworth.

No other details on the incident have been released.
