Prairie View resident Glen L. Hultgren died Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at the Logan Manor Nursing Home in Logan, KS at the age of 73.

He was born June 22, 1942 in Campbell, NE, the son of Charles, Jr. & Cleo (Savage) Hultgren.

Survivors include his sons, Richard of Logan, KS and Scott of Rapid City, SD; his daughter, Cynthia Hammitt of Logan, IA; a brother, Alan of Aurora, NE; 2 sisters, Lola Remmenga of Minden, NE and Linda Sorensen of Milford, NE; and 5 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 29, 2016 in the Prairie View Reformed Church in Prairie View, KS with Pastor Aaron Rust officiating. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Minden City Cemetery, Minden, NE.

Mr. Hultgren will lie in state from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, then Noon until 9 p.m. Sunday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, KS. Friends will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the funeral chapel for visitation.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Logan Manor Nursing Home or the American Diabetes Association.
