GRAY COUNTY- A Kansas man died in an accident just before 11:00a.m. on Sunday in Gray County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2010 S-10 pickup driven by Henry R. Wagner, 91, Dodge City, was eastbound on U.S. 50 two miles west of Cimarron.

The pickup left the roadway, traveled down the south ditch and struck a tree.

Wagner was pronounced dead at the scene.

He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
