Fort Hays State University’s Department of Art and Design hosted the 42nd Annual High School Art Exhibition from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, April 20, in the Gross Memorial Coliseum Arena.

The day also featured a sidewalk chalk art competition in the Rarick-Martin Allen Hall courtyard. Approximately 60 schools and more than 1,500 students attended the art exhibition.
