Norton resident Greg J. Murnahan passed away Saturday, Sept 3 at his home in Norton at the age of 56. He was born November 9, 1959 in Salina, KS, the son of Alfred & Helen (Mathews) Murnahan. He owned and operated Murnahan Interior Decorating.

Survivors include his life companion, Janis Monier of Norton; 2 sons, Zachariah & Joshua of Cheyenne, WY; his daughter, Amber Urquides-Swann of Cheyenne; 2 stepsons; John Monier of Wichita & Shawn Aguiniga of Kansas City, KS; his stepdaughter, Veronica Monier of Norton; 3 brothers: Robert of Abilene, KS, Paul of Arlington, TX & Allon of Wilmington, N.C.; his half brother Mark & 7 grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, September 9 at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Francis Of Assisi Catholic Church in Norton with Fr. Vincent Thu Laing officiating.

A Rosary service will be held Thursday, Sept. 8 at 7:00 p.m. at the Church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Church or to Norton Meals on Wheels.
