TOPEKA, Kan. – The TMP-Marian volleyball team moves up two spots to No. 5 in the latest 3A poll released by the Kansas Volleyball Association Wednesday. The rankings do not take into account the Monarchs three wins at Tuesday’s Ellis quad which included sweeps of state ranked Phillipsburg (#10, 3A) and Smith Center (#8, 2A).
The only loss for the now 14-1 Monarchs was at Abilene who continues to hold down the top spot in 4A Division I.
La Crosse, who was unranked last week, moves up to No. 4 in the 1A Division I poll while Wheatland-Grinnell continues to hold down the No. 2 spot in 1A Division II.
