KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Fort Hays State moved up to two spots in the most recent release of the NSCAA Division II Top 25 Poll on Tuesday (Sept. 27). The Tigers are now ranked No. 17 in the nation.
The Tigers have been in every poll so far this year, ranked between No. 15 and No. 20 in the nation. The Tigers were ranked No. 15 in the preseason poll, slid to No. 20 in the first regular season poll, then bounced from No. 18 to No. 19 and now No. 17.
Fort Hays State and Lindenwood are the two programs from the MIAA referenced in the poll. Lindenwood is the first team listed among the receiving votes list.
Fort Hays State opens MIAA play this week with road matches at Southwest Baptist and Northeastern State.
