3 Kansas men, 3 women jailed by drug task force

SALINE COUNTY Law enforcement authorities in Saline County are investigating 6 suspects on a variety of drug charges.

On Friday, agents from the I-135/I-70 Drug Task Force arrested six suspects at a rural Saline County home in the 3300 Block of South Holmes Road, according to Saline County Undersheriff Roger Soldan.
Arrested were:
• Harry Chance, 51, Salina
• Misty Cunningham, 32, Salina
• Nicole Franklin, 36, Salina
• Carl Persinger, 29, Salina
• David Poole, 46, Salina
• Marilyn Sidener, 34, Salina

Soldan said a DTF investigation led to the search warrant. He did not say what specifically was found in the home, but he did say that evidence found was sufficient for arrests to be made.

Chance, who according to Saline County arrest records lives at the home, was booked on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cunningham was booked on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Franklin was booked on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Persinger was booked on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Poole was booked on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of hydrocodone and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sidener was booked on requested charges of possession of hydrocodone, possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
